Who we are
LITASCO SA (LUKOIL International Trading and Supply Company) is the exclusive international marketing and trading company of OAO LUKOIL.
LITASCO SA is one of the world's major traders of crude oil and refined petroleum products.
The total volume of physical barrels handled in 2008 was over 2 million bpd.
With our head office in Geneva, Switzerland and additional trading and business development offices worldwide, LITASCO SA manages LUKOIL's global supply, marketing and trading needs.
The LITASCO Group has affiliates in the United States, Singapore, Dubai, Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. Through the establishment of our representative offices, the Group has extended its presence to the key growth markets of Russia and China.
In total, the LITASCO Group employs over 350 staff.
The LITASCO Group deals with more than two thousand suppliers and customers, including all of the world's major oil corporations.
Company mission
LITASCO SA's mission is to maximize the value of LUKOIL's crude oil production and refined petroleum product exports by trading, shipping, storing and hedging.
It is also our responsibility to ensure flexible and reliable supplies to the international assets of the LUKOIL group.
Fulfilling our mission requires us to take a total view on our business: from origination to the end user and to envisage, build and implement strategies that under strict trading limits and controls, allow us to capture the greatest value for our hydrocarbons in a constantly evolving market environment.
